I have the sense of humor of a teenage boy. I've admitted this many times before. Now that I've refreshed your memory on my triggers for laughter...
I found this story about age old and historic names of locations in Britain. When these places were named, they made sense, but with the way our language has evolved over the years, they are now crude names. It's mentioned that it makes it difficult for folks to apply for jobs or even order pizza for delivery. I couldn't help but laugh my head off.

I just read this article and thought it was clever at first... then the last scenario had me questioning the psychology on it.

This morning on my way to drop off Liam, there was a dead turkey in the road. Very sad. What made it an ever sadder scene what this: A live turkey standing right next to the dead turkey obviously staying near her friend who may or may not have been completely dead. What a horrible scene to start out the morning. Poor turkeys.

I want a warm vacation in a remote place.

We are going camping this weekend... so at least I'll get out of town even if it isn't that warm.

We put the bunny outside last weekend and he loves it. Last night we propped the chicken coop up to further let him roam. He was nowhere to be found this morning. Figures.

I haven't taken one solitary photo this week. But yet I have been day dreaming about broadening my photography horizons with an SLR camera and classes at UVU. Day dreaming gets me nowhere.

I am so oblivious, I just realized this post is actually depressing. Whoops. All is well, I promise.

For the lazy camera person
Spend less time organizing ALL those photos. Something all we moms need on our wish list.
This new product intrigues me: Eye-Fi, a camera memory card that automatically downloads pictures to your computer if you have a Wi-Fi connection at home. Even if your computer is turned off, your photos and video clips can still be uploaded to your computer as well as to any photo-sharing site, such as Flickr, Picasa, KodakGallery and others, that you specify.
How awesome is that?

Updates
So the bunny situation hasn't improved. The day I posted about the problem, I decided sending him out to the chicken coop was the best idea. I had forgotten that it was broken, so Ian fixed that this weekend and we'll probably put him out tonight. Can you blame the procrastination when I am scared it's going to lunge, growl and bite me?
In other news I got 6 hours to play with fun friends on Saturday. It was Kate's bridal shower! I carpooled with Emily and Lindsay to pick up the balloons and then head over to the venue in SLC. We were laughing so much with poor Emily in the backseat of Lindsay's Fit. Yeah, you can fit 30 balloons in a Fit. See.

So while we drove to the shower, we laughed at Emily's distant voice in the backseat smothered by balloons. Oh yeah, and we picked out this awesome tiara for Kate at the balloon place! It says "bride to be" on it and it has a veil. How precious is she posing with her Godiva chocolate?

Kate's shower was a great time. I loved spending time with her, her relatives and lots of her fun friends! We ate yummy food, made cards, chatted and enjoyed watching Kate open all her presents!
After a bit of helium sucking, the bridesmaids went with Kate to Paradise Bakery. It was divine!
Kate gave us the run down on the wedding weekend events while we ate and what our assignments are going to be. It was nice to have everyone together and I can't wait until the wedding weekend!
Here is me, Emily, Lindsay and Kate goofing it up in front of the bakery. I got my self-timer on my camera working and we took a few great shots! This is my fave because, well, Kate knows what attribute I like in this one.

Thanks for the great girls day! I had a blast with you all!

What to do
This morning I went to feed the bunny. I put my arm in to give him his bowl of food and he launched at me and bit my arm. (Nothing serious, but I could see his teeth marks on the surface.) A second later as I was trying to move junk in his cage he launched at me again with a tiny little groan/growl.
This freaked me out royally!
I have created a literal caged animal. A vicious one.
I feel horrible and creeped out. I keep getting images of a rabid rodent launching and attacking... you know like you see in cheap B horror films.
I don't know what to do. I stopped letting him out of his cage for 2 hours a day like you're supposed to (long ago) because he chews on everything... even the moldings of our house! Not cool. So in saving my property I've spawned a dangerous anti-social animal.
How horrible is that?
Do I just take him to the vet to put him down? I am not interested in rabbit stew and it just snowed so I can't let him loose outside yet.
Advice please.
