Kudos to the hubby

Ian started a high protein diet last Wednesday. He gave up his caffeinated sodas cold turkey and is doing great with virtually no carbs and no sweets! I am amazed! He is even preparing his breakfast the night before so he can nuke it and eat it while commuting to work in the mornings. I am really proud of him! He wants to lose 30 lbs by July and I really think he's on his way. Very exciting!

Impressive! Hope all goes well and he continues on his way to a healthier life. I'm working on making some changes, so I, too, can lose some weight.

Yay for Ian!! I hope giving up the sodas didn't give him headaches though. I recommend a chiropractor if they did.

I was so glad when my hubby finally gave up caffeinated soda. He drank it for years and years, but like your hubby, he went cold turkey and I think he's so much healthier now. And they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Good luck to him, that's exciting! :)

Men can drop those pounds so quick when they put their mind to it...I have been trying to convince my hubby to do weight watchers with me...I think I've almost got him convinced.

How good for him! 30 lbs in a month? Goodness, I am a little jealous. He really can do it. David could. I couldn't. Before I got pregant, I counted calories and had to think about everything that went into my mouth. I started to exercise and it took me 7 months to loose 40 lbs. Of course, now I am prego and gaining it back. :)
