I get a call from the front desk receptionist.
She says I have flowers waiting for me in the lobby.
I hurried down, baffled.
Apparently my hubby loves me very much and also thinks I'm "a great Mom!"

I loved getting flowers from David... until we got married. Then I didn't like having our money spent on that, so I told him not to buy me flowers anymore. About a month ago, David came home from work with flowers for me. He explained that he knew I didn't like to spend money on that but its been so long since he brought me flowers that he just decided to buy some anyway. I even surprised myself at how much I enjoyed receiving them. I tried so hard to keep them alive and safe from the tots and cat.
So Pretty!!! He does have good taste. What a nice hubby!

Once Hubs sent me flowers at work--only I'm a stay at home mom. I told him that was silly and he should have saved the money on the delivery charge since we live in the middle of NOWHERE and I'm sure it wasn't cheap.
I think that hurt his feelings. :-( Sometimes I can be such a jerk.
