Good friends, good laughs

I have been blessed with many wonderful friends in my life. Many of whom can make me laugh!

I saw this photo on Jessica's facebook album today. It reminded me of how lucky I am to have friends like her in my life! What a difference it makes to share a chuckle with a friend. And one that has known me since I was 7... even better!

I love you Jessica! Have a fabulous weekend with your family. Give Noah a pat on the back and your daddy a big hug for me! I miss you all!

I found this little ditty on Lindsay's blog and laughed! Laughed more when I took the quiz myself! Give it a go!

Bad News, Good News

My face is so broken out that I look like I'm on meth, BUT I don't feel like I am on meth.

I am flabby, BUT at least I have clothes to cover it up and my height camouflages it.

My jaw is locked up going on 24 hours, BUT that means I can cut back on my calories.

I am getting a cold, BUT I've got Airborne to fight it back as much as possible.

My hubby lost his job in August, BUT he has something lined up in a week.

I don't like working out of the home, BUT at least I am making some money.

My hubby gets to stay home all day, BUT at least the dishes are done and dinner is made when I get home.

My toddler can throw a mighty fit, BUT he is pretty dang charming a lot of times too!

A funny

I promise a thought provoking post is coming soon! I found this comic on another blog and laughed. I am so going to be a diabetic if I don't stop eating the cake.

Laughed a lot on this

Take a look at a fellow blogger's shame for laughing. I don't have any shame for laughing. Go see how you do while watching this clip: CLICK HERE.

All Clear

I got my mammogram results today! I'm clear!

I knew I was, but it never hurts to check when your little sis is diagnosed with breast cancer months previously.

Heidi and I laughed when people suggested I get checked... just because we know how differently we are wired. Heidi is our mother and I am our father. Even Dad seemed baffled that I would get checked... it's funny we four understand each other health-wise, but everybody else is worried.
