Lasagna Warning

Do not leave lasagna in the crock pot for more than 2 or 3 hours. Mushy gross pasta! It was in there for almost 6 hours, so after we choked down our portions, the rest was trashed. A lot of potential yummy goodness, in the trash. I am so disappointed.

I've used this recipe in the crockpot with the no boil noodles. It has turned out fine after 4-5 hours...I think the difference is the no boil noodles.

One of the worst things is ruined lasagna. Just last week Terry made some for a funeral and they put it in the oven at the church to "keep it warm." Yah, they turned it too high and overcooked it. Crisp. Yuck. Such a pity, Terry makes a great lasagna.

So sorry it didn't work out. I hate gooey/overdone noodles!
