So I should be writing a birthday letter for Liam right now. So what am I doing instead? Checking and reading other people's blogs of course. Sorting old emails and old blog comments to see who I haven't visited lately.
I kept on coming across Allysun's emails, so I gave her a call and we chatted for awhile. She is in the middle of packing and moving. I wish I were there to lend a hand. So instead of helping her out, I distracted her away from her work and we chatted for a long time. You know, about how I am procrastinating writing Liam's letter and how cool it's going to be for Allysun to own her own place and be in a cool little town up north, etc.
We got on the subject of photo books somehow and she mentioned blurb.com. I had heard about this site a few weeks ago, but when trying to log onto the site I realized it must be pretty dang popular. I could NOT get the site to load. at. all. But when I was on the phone with my friend... magic happened and I was able to get it to work.
I downloaded the application.
I am so excited!

I don't have to wait until later to publish Liam's life history. There is a simple and frugal way to do it now!

Hmmm. I hadn't thought of that. I was just going to keep the blog and/or print out the posts to put in an album someday. Let me know how it works out.
That's just what I've always wanted! I want my blog in book form by each year. I actually spouted out about that when I was at the Google meeting and then thought I should have maybe kept it to myself and got an agent or something! Ha! Why aren't more companies doing this!?
