What I canned today
Liam helped me in the garden just like he did last week. Last week was another batch of spaghetti sauce and this week was sweet and spicy salsa. YUM!

How many tomatoes does it take...
Does it seem odd that this amount of tomatoes only yields about 6 quarts of spaghetti sauce? And even with yellow tomatoes, green zebras and black tomatoes, it all turned out a beautiful red. The salsa will be different story I am sure. Our fresh salsa looked amazing last week. I call it rainbow salsa.
