A night out
Ian and I had a nice evening out last night. We got free tickets to the Jazz game in Xpedx's sky box. Free game, free food, free dessert, free fleece Jazz blankets and FREE FUN! We had a great time!

My friend Carrie has the LDS e-cards linked on her blog and I was excited to see what cards they had. After sending a card to a friend, I linked to the other resources on the mormon.org site. I've been watching all the videos of converts to the church. It's like testimony meeting on a Wednesday night! What a blessing! CLICK HERE for the one I like the best.

Christmas Meme
I thought this Christmas Meme looked fun on Suzanne's blog and a few emails I have gotten from friends so I thought I'd fill it out!
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Both
2. Real tree or Artificial? Real this year and last year. I grew up with an artificial tree and was just fine with it, but the smell of a real tree is wonderful!
3. When do you put up the tree? Sometime in December.
4. When do you take the tree down? Whenever I have the energy to sometime after Christmas.
5. Do you like egg nog? I don’t know... I haven’t had it since my grandparents were around... So maybe I’ll try it this year.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? My newborn cabbage patch doll, Edward.
7. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes – My mom got be a beautiful white set.
8. Hardest person to buy for? Hubby
9. Easiest person to buy for? Liam
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, though out list is up to 100, so the remaining co-workers and acquaintances get something by email.
11.Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Are any gifts bad?
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Elf - I still laugh when I see this movie!
13. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Probably
14. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Anything in sight
15. Clear lights or colored on the tree? Clear
16. Favorite Christmas song? We Three Kings and I Saw Three Ships
17. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Either, as long as I'm with my loved ones.
18. Can you name all of Santa's reindeers? Not without cheating
19. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Depends, but now that we have a child, we will most likely wait until Christmas day each year.
20. Most annoying thing about this time of year? Icy roads mixed with bad drivers.
21. Favorite ornament theme or color? Country cabin feel, deep reds, greens and gingerbread.
22. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Ham and funeral potatoes
23. What, do you want for Christmas this year? A smooth and wonderful day with family.
24. What do you love most about Christmas? The reason behind it's celebration, the time off work, the shopping afterwards!
